James Stephens Memorial Park

James Stephens Memorial Park is located in the spillway area of Lake Ouachita. This nice day-use area is on the back side of the Blakely Dam and has some great fishing from the bank. There are some covered picnic tables, a covered pavilion, and a playground within the park as well. If you want to enjoy a relaxing day at the park, the James Stephens Park is a wonderful location.
